My career began at IBM, where I got a first-hand view of how corporate systems, culture, and strategy really work. I later moved into Big 4 Audit, experiencing both fast-track promotions and setbacks along the way.
Those experiences showed me that progress isn’t always driven by effort or credentials alone. There are quieter forces at play, the things people rarely explain but that consistently shape outcomes.
I began paying attention to those patterns, applying them to careers, interviews, CVs, mindset, and even how belief and intention influence results.
That curiosity became the foundation for Success Subtext, my podcast and platform for uncovering the hidden curriculum of modern achievement.
Success isn’t just about working hard. It’s about how you think, how you act, and how you position yourself in the rooms that matter, both professionally and personally.
Through Success Subtext, I share practical strategies, actionable advice, and the mindset shifts that help ambitious professionals (or those still building belief in their own potential) take control of their careers, opportunities, and lives.
