The policies below govern how courses and coaching services are provided by Jags Journey Limited. If you're looking for the terms of your purchase, see the Terms and Conditions; for how we handle your personal information, see the Privacy Policy.
Jags Journey Limited is a registered CPD Provider with The CPD Group (Provider No. #790441).
The Promotion Method may carry CPD accreditation with The CPD Group. Where current accreditation applies, it is Activity No. #1021313, and the current number of CPD hours is stated in the relevant course information.
Accreditation status, current CPD hours and the period of validity are published on The CPD Register and may change over time. You can check the current position at any time:
Completion of the course is self certified. Where a learner declares that they have completed the course, a certificate of completion is issued on the basis of that declaration. We do not assess, mark or verify completion.
CPD accreditation applies specifically to The Promotion Method course. It does not extend to separate coaching, mentoring, consultancy or strategy services provided by Jags Journey Limited.
Customers are responsible for their own CPD compliance. That includes checking the requirements of their employer and professional body, deciding whether the course meets those requirements, recording their CPD, and obtaining any reimbursement or recognition they are seeking.
Jags Journey Limited recognises the importance of customer and learner complaints, and welcomes them as a valuable form of feedback about our services. We are committed to using what we hear to improve.
A complaint is a way of letting us know that you are not happy with a particular service. It may concern delay, a lack of response, discourtesy, a failure to consult, or the standard of service you have received.
We understand that it can feel difficult to complain. All complaints are treated in confidence, and it is your right to raise one. If you do not give us a contact name or address, we will not be able to come back to you with the outcome.
Please raise the complaint with us as soon as reasonably possible after the issue occurs, so that we have the best chance of putting it right.
Email jag@successsubtext.com.
We will acknowledge your complaint and look into it properly. We may come back to you for clarification if we need it to understand the situation fully.
We will provide a written outcome where appropriate, explaining the decision and any action taken.
Complaints are recorded and stored securely for quality assurance purposes.
Jags Journey Limited is committed to providing fair and accessible learning opportunities.
Under the Equality Act 2010, we will make reasonable adjustments where appropriate so that customers and learners are not placed at a substantial disadvantage because of a disability, a learning difficulty, or a temporary condition.
The Promotion Method does not include a formal examination or a marked pass or fail assessment. This policy is therefore concerned with participation in the learning activity and with supporting the stated learning outcomes.
Depending on the circumstances, these may include:
Requests should ideally be made within 7 days of booking or registration, where possible. Where that is not possible, please tell us as soon as you reasonably can, and ideally before the relevant learning activity takes place.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis in order to ask for an adjustment.
Each request is considered individually, taking account of the nature of the programme and what can reasonably and practically be provided.
Not every requested adjustment will necessarily be possible or reasonable. We will not be able to provide an adjustment that would fundamentally alter the learning activity or the stated learning outcomes.
Where an adjustment is agreed, we will put it in place before the relevant learning activity where practical.
Jags Journey Limited is committed to providing a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment.
Our programmes are designed for adults and are delivered online. This policy is focused accordingly.
We aim to treat everyone fairly and with dignity, to encourage appropriate and professional communication, to respond promptly and appropriately to concerns that are raised, and to take action where behaviour is inappropriate or harmful.
If you have a concern about your safety, your wellbeing or your experience, please contact us at jag@successsubtext.com as soon as you can. Concerns are taken seriously and handled sensitively.
Where appropriate, a concern may be escalated or signposted to relevant external support services.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 999.
Everyone has a part to play in ensuring equality of opportunity. We believe that a positive attitude towards equality and diversity is right for our customers, our learners and our business relationships, and we encourage everyone to respect individuality and value diversity.
Jags Journey Limited is committed to ensuring that everyone is treated fairly and with respect. No individual or group will receive less favourable treatment on the basis of any protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010.
We aim to ensure that our learning opportunities are open, accessible and inclusive.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact us at jag@successsubtext.com. Concerns are handled in line with our Complaints Policy.
Jags Journey Limited handles personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This is a short overview for customers and learners. Our Privacy Policy provides fuller information about how we collect, use, share and protect personal data, the lawful bases we rely on, how long we keep information, and your rights.
Where voluntarily provided, this may include:
We use personal information to deliver and support courses and coaching, to communicate with customers and learners, to administer purchases and records, to improve our services, and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and we keep these under review.
You have rights over your personal data, including rights of access, correction and erasure, subject to the exceptions in data protection law. Our Privacy Policy explains these in full.

Jags Journey Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, ICO registration number 09910344710.
Jags Journey Limited is committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of its learning materials and programmes.
Malpractice means behaviour that compromises the integrity of the learning experience or misrepresents participation or achievement.
Because course completion is self certified, and a certificate of completion is issued on the basis of a learner's own declaration, accurate self certification matters.
By customers or learners:
By the organisation:
Suspected malpractice should be reported to jag@successsubtext.com as soon as reasonably possible, with as much detail as available, including what happened, when, and any supporting evidence. Anonymous reports may be accepted where necessary.
We will review the matter fairly and promptly. We may investigate internally and contact relevant parties for clarification, and we will reach a decision based on the available evidence. We aim to handle these matters sensitively and proportionately.
Anyone involved in a malpractice investigation will be given the opportunity to respond and to provide relevant information before a final decision is made.
Where malpractice is confirmed, we may issue a warning, restrict or remove access to a course or materials, refuse future enrolment, withdraw or invalidate a certificate of completion that we have issued, or take other appropriate action. What we do will depend on the seriousness and nature of the issue.
Certificates of completion are issued by us and can be withdrawn by us. Anything held under the external CPD framework is governed by the rules of that framework and by the accrediting organisation, and we will act in accordance with those rules.
Records of investigations and outcomes are kept securely for quality assurance purposes.
Jags Journey Limited is committed to marketing its courses and services in a clear, honest and responsible way, so that learners, prospective customers and coaching clients can make informed choices.
This applies to all of our marketing and promotional activity, including website content, social media, email marketing, sales and landing pages, promotional materials and adverts, and any third party or affiliate promotion.
All marketing activity will:
We do not knowingly publish or approve content that misrepresents CPD certification or accreditation status, suggests guaranteed career progression or promotion, uses misleading testimonials or edited outcomes, or states inaccurate pricing or course inclusions.
Success Subtext does not guarantee promotion, salary increases, employment or any particular career outcome.
Marketing content is checked to ensure that pricing is correct, course content is up to date, descriptions match what is actually delivered, and any bonuses or inclusions are clearly stated.
Where third parties promote on our behalf, they are expected to meet the same standards.
Jags Journey Limited is responsible for ensuring that marketing content is accurate and compliant. Marketing materials are reviewed and updated where course content or offers change.
Jags Journey Limited takes the standard of its courses seriously. Course reviews are part of our quality assurance process.
Course content is reviewed periodically and whenever reasonably necessary to maintain accuracy, relevance and alignment with the stated learning outcomes.
A review may be triggered by:
Responsibility for reviewing course content and implementing updates lies with Jags Journey Limited. As a small provider, reviews are carried out directly by the course creator, which supports consistency, subject knowledge accuracy and alignment with feedback.
Updates made following a review are recorded internally for quality assurance purposes.
This policy applies to course content. Separate one to one coaching, mentoring and consultancy services are not part of the CPD accredited course.
